Roster and Birth Certificates
All Fielder’s Choice events are open rosters. The Coach, upon check in at the event, MUST supply the Director a roster of any and all players he/she expects to participate in a given weekend. Players, even though they may be age eligible, can only play on one team in a given weekend. The roster must include the players’ birthdates and be signed by the coach and director acknowledging the roster as complete. No additional players may be added after check in. Each coach must have in his possession copies of ALL players birth certificates as represented on the roster. Failure to produce a valid birth certificate upon a protest of age will result in an immediate forfeit of that game. |
