Rain Policy
Our rain policy is as follows – all of our events, field space permitting, are priced on a 4 game product per weekend. There are some cost that cannot be recovered on our behalf once play begins. We will do everything within reason to ensure that we play all games scheduled but sometimes Mother Nature wins that effort. If your team gets in or starts 3 games, there is NO refund or credit given. No games played – full refund or credit. If 1 or 2 games are started, we will prorate the event minus expenses incurred (baseballs and insurance) and credit or refund your team that pro- rated amount. |
